MRI Lightpainting brought its unique photo booth stylings to the Gawker Silent Disco in New York City on October 6.
MRI Lightpainting describes its photo booths as “a great way to add color and dimension to your party or event. Everyone gets to be creative, painting with light (or getting painted by the MRI experts) in front of the camera.”
One look at the images from the Gawker event and you can see just how creative one can get with their picture and just how popular the booth was at the silent disco.
“We shot for 3 hours and we did about 400 prints,” MRI posted on its website. “There was a long line. Drinks and pixie sticks got spilled all over everything. Our printers went all Maximum Overdrive and tried to murder us. Samantha Ronson blasted records through a network of headphones until her equipment exploded. It was chaos. It was exactly what a rave should be.”
It was a great time, indeed!
