Following an incredibly busy summer, the Silent Events crew was due a few extra days of rest and relaxation after wrapping up August with a University of Silent Disco event in Dallas last week.
But it’s back to work this weekend, starting Friday night at a Silent Disco with DJ Low Key and Friends on the patio of Denver’s Meadowlark Bar. DJ Low Key has promised that across the three-channel headphones one channel will feature “all Michael Jackson and family, one Prince and crew, one Stevie Wonder and affiliated artists.” The event is 21 and over and will have a $10 cover.
After private events on Saturday and Monday, Cosmic Charlie’s in Lexington, KY will be the location for the next Silent Disco for the masses on Friday, September 14. The evening will feature John the Baptist, Booty Sweat, Carl Calm, and Ellie Herring. Tickets for the 18 and over event are $10 and can be purchased online.
The University of Silent Disco returns to action the following weekend with events in Chicago and Dayton, OH.
Keep checking the Events page for more September events as we add them.
