Silent Events is proud to provide wireless headphones for the Dallas Black Dance Theatre’s Director’s Choice in Dallas, Texas November 4-6, 2016.

To solve the technology issues, she worked with Nashville-based Silent Events, supplier of wireless headphones for “silent discos,” musical experiences in which participants get to choose between soundtracks.

In addition to being able to switch between the different scores in real time, the audience also will have control over the volume of the music. Transmission occurs over a radio frequency that can send a signal up to 500 meters, plenty of distance to span the venue. The dancers will hear the traditional Motown-style version on stage monitors.
